Date for AGM and closing date for director nominations
As previously announced in our 2013 Annual Report, Synlait Milk Limited will
hold our inaugural Annual General Meeting on 3 December 2013, at the George
Hotel, 50 Park Terrace Christchurch. Further details will be advised to our
shareholders in our Notice of Meeting to be sent out next month.
In accordance with NZX Listing Rule 3.3.5, the closing date for nominations
of Directors is 1 November 2013. Any nominations must be received by 4pm on
the closing date.
