Annual Meeting and Closing Date for Nomination of Directors
Snakk Media Limited will be holding its 2015 Annual General Meeting of
Shareholders in Auckland on Wednesday 16 September 2015 at the Seafarers
building in Britomart, further details will be advised in the forthcoming
Notice of Meeting.
For the purposes of NZAX Listing Rule 3.2.2, Snakk advises that the closing
date for nominations of directors is 31 July 2014. All nominations must be
received by 4.00 pm on the closing date.
Nominations may only be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at
the Annual Meeting and should be addressed to:
