Annual Meeting and Closing Date for Nomination of Directors
Snakk Media Limited will be holding its 2014 Annual General Meeting of
Shareholders in Auckland on Tuesday 16 September 2014. Further details of
the venue, location and time will be advised in the forthcoming Notice of
Meeting.
For the purposes of NZAX Listing Rule 3.2.2, Snakk advises that the closing
date for nominations of directors is 25 July 2014. All nominations must be
received by 4.00 pm on the closing date.
Nominations may only be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at
the
