2013 ANNUAL MEETING RESULTS
The following resolutions were put to shareholders of Snakk Media Limited at
its Annual Meeting held earlier today:
1. That Mr Tim Alpe, appointed by the Board as a Director on 28 January 2013,
is re-elected as a Director of Snakk Media Limited;
2. That Ms Michelle Kong, appointed by the Board as a Director on 28 January
2013, is re-elected as a Director of Snakk Media Limited;
3. That the Board is authorised to fix the remuneration of the auditor.
All of the above resolutions were passed by a show of hands.
Snakk Media's Board has determined that Tim Alpe and Michelle Kong are
Independent Directors (as defined by the NZX Listing Rules).
Co-founder Derek Handley announced that he would file a slight reduction in
his shareholding due to a transfer of 2m shares to Andrew Jacobs as part of a
long-standing retention agreement, and 2.5m shares endowed to a charitable
foundation.
