2014 ANNUAL MEETING DIRECTOR NOMINATIONS
South Port New Zealand Limited (South Port) intends to hold its next Annual
Meeting of shareholders on Thursday, 30 October 2014 in Bluff at 10.45 a.m.
The venue will be South Port's Board Room, Island Harbour, Bluff.
For the purposes of NZSX Listing Rule 3.3.2, South Port advises that the
opening date for nominations for Directors is 30 July 2014 and the closing
date is 1 September 2014. All nominations must be received by 4 p.m. on the
closing date.
Nominations may only be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at
the Annual Meeting and should be sent to the following address:
