30 APRIL 2014
OUTCOME OF SUMMERSET ANNUAL MEETING
The following ordinary resolutions put to shareholders at the Summerset
Annual Meeting this afternoon were passed by shareholders:
1. That the Board is authorised to fix the Auditors' remuneration;
2. That Rob Campbell be re-elected as a Director of Summerset;
3. That Norah Barlow be re-elected as a Director of Summerset;
4. That Marie Bismark be appointed as a Director of Summerset;
5. That Anne Urlwin be appointed as a Director of Summerset
6. That that with effect from 1 April 2014, the maximum aggregate amount of
remuneration payable by Summerset to Directors (in their capacity as
Directors) be increased by NZ$200,000 per annum, from NZ$400,000 per annum to
NZ$600,000 per annum.
The following special resolution put to shareholders at the Summerset Annual
Meeting this afternoon was passed by shareholders:
7. That the amendments to the company's constitution as set out in the
Schedule of the Notice of Annual Meeting of Shareholders be approved.
All resolutions were decided by a show of hands.
