NOTIFICATION OF DIRECTOR NOMINATION DATES
DATE OF ANNUAL MEETING

Summerset Group Holdings Limited will hold its Annual Meeting on Wednesday 30
April 2014 in Wellington.

For the purposes of NZSX Listing Rule 3.3.5 the closing date for director
nominations is 7 March 2014.  All nominations must be received by 4.00pm on
the closing date.
