MEETING: TEN: Tenon 2014 ASM Voting Results
AUCKLAND, 4 December 2014 - Tenon announced today that all resolutions
(including the resolutions to re-elect Messrs Kasnet and Karaplis to the
Board) were passed at Tenon's Annual Shareholders' meeting in Wellington
today.
Over 84% of the Company's shares on issue were voted, with more than 99% of
those voted in favour.
