MEETING: TEN: Tenon ASM Voting Results
AUCKLAND, 3 December 2015 - Tenon announced today that all resolutions
(including the resolutions to re-elect Messrs Moriarty and Fisher to the
Board) were passed at Tenon's Annual Shareholders' meeting in Christchurch
today, with a more than 99% majority and with 84% of total issued shares
voting on the resolutions.
