SPECIAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS
PROPOSED MERGER thl's NEW ZEALAND RENTALS BUSINESS WITH
KEA CAMPERS AND UNITED CAMPERVANS

thl advises that the date of the Special Meeting of Shareholders to consider
the proposed merger between thl's New Zealand rentals business, KEA Campers
and United Campervans will be held in the Raffles Ballroom at Stamford Plaza,
22 Lower Albert Street, Auckland on Friday, 19 October 2012, at 2pm.

Documents relating to the transaction are due to be posted out to
shareholders at the end of September.

thl also advises its annual meeting will be held in the Robert Laidlaw Room
at Heritage Hotel, 35 Hobson Street, Auckland on Tuesday, 27 November 2012 at
2pm.
