NOTIFICATION OF DIRECTOR NOMINATION DATE

For the purposes of Listing Rule 3.3.5 of the NZX Listing Rules, Tourism
Holdings Limited advises that its Annual Meeting will be held on Wednesday,
26th November 2014 at 2.00pm at the Heritage Hotel in Auckland, and that the
closing date for director nominations is 13th October 2014.
