Resolutions

1. Election of Gr?inne Patricia Troute as a director
Votes in favour of the resolution 46.49m being 99.84% of votes cast:
Resolution passed

2. Re-election of Robert James Campbell as a director
Votes in favour of the resolution 43.89m being 94.25% of votes cast:

3. Re-election of David Roman Neidhart as a director
