MEETING: TRP: Transpower 2012 Annual Public Meeting

Transpower advises that its Annual Public Meeting will be held on Thursday 18
October 2012, 4pm at The George Hotel, 50 Park Terrace, Christchurch.

The objective of the meeting is to give our stakeholders the opportunity to
learn more about our business performance, key challenges and plans for the
future. Our directors and senior executives will be on hand to answer
questions.
