Notification of Meeting and Director Nomination Dates (LR 3.3.5)
The TeamTalk Limited Annual Meeting will be held in Wellington on Wednesday
16 October 2013.
For the purposes of NZSX Listing Rule 3.3.5 TeamTalk advises that nominations
for the appointment of Directors at the Annual Meeting will open today,
Wednesday 14 August 2013, and close on Friday 30 August 2013.
Nominations can only be made by security holders entitled to attend and vote
at the ASM.
