TeamTalk - Results of Special Meeting
TeamTalk Limited is pleased to announce that at a Special Meeting of
Shareholders held this morning its shareholders voted in favour of the
resolutions required to enable it to proceed with the acquisition of all of
the shares in BayCity Communications Limited which, together with its wholly
owned subsidiaries comprises the Farmside Group. Details of the proposed
acquisition were set out in the Notice of the Special Meeting previously sent
to shareholders.
Joe Pope, the Chairman of the Board, expressed the Company's gratitude for
the overwhelming support of shareholders. Settlement of the proposed
acquisition is still anticipated to occur on 14 December 2012.
