TOWER Limited - Director Nominations

TOWER advises that it intends to hold its next annual meeting of shareholders
on Thursday, 21 March 2013.  Accordingly, the closing date for director
nominations is 5.00pm on Thursday, 24 January 2013.

Nominations may be made by a security holder entitled to attend and vote at
