In theory by next Wednesday, but I guess given the situation lateness might not be a bad strategy as the SP would at least be "stable" if you want to call it that.( ie suspended)
The more I think about it RM being involved/related to the party involved in rolling others does not sit well with me. I hope Matt can talk some sense into the lot of them. I still don't think anything but a revenue raising deal will get me back in here. GC has done a lot but it has not amounted to anything so he should be looking to hand his mantle on in a considered fashion to further clear the decks in my view.
