I'm nearly 62 and have had decades of legal practice, (despite what I might look like).
I got an LLM from UniMelb not so long ago with an IP and litigation speciality. That's a theoretical AND practical course, and that's why it's in the top 8 world wide but never mind. Suggested by one of the visiting professors based there, I thought about moving to the US but have had some serious health problems that took a long time to get diagnosed and the US is the last place you'd go with that happening. So I've wound back on everything except investing. So yes I have time to chat and research. And no, I'm not impressed with what 's going on in here. Not by a long shot.

Call it cheap entertainment, and also a test of the attention spans in social media being incredibly short, along with personal dislikes being easily created, group think, lies and rumours being spread and you have a fascinating situation. Oh yeah, I also studied Defamation law at the LLM level and am particularly interested in social media in that context. But never mind. No doubt someone will dismiss me as a loser and has-been!

People from time to time go on about how I'm neglecting my clients. And point to how I'm supposedly no good as a lawyer. On the basis of a chat room! It's comical. Farcical.

What do you say to the fact that Richard Martin was found inadequate by an auditors report?
This is independent assessment. It's a shambles of a situation.
You think he's always acting in the best interests of shareholders?
He's the main agitator for Board instability and you don't think it's even worth your time of day to give it detailed and careful consideration?

You disagree with my conclusions but cannot explain why.
Tell me why the competence and bona fides of Richard Martin isn't important?
