As you well know many facts are not known, they are confidential Board room deliberations and supporting paperwork. Contextually those facts are what I was referring to. It doesn’t mean we can’t make educated guesses or discuss theoretical existence.

Please stop the constant out of context attacks, and personal attacks and take a look at what I’m saying.

What I’m saying is we are now depending on the CEO to deliver us sound governance. I think there is good reason to doubt that RM has that (for reasons I have explained fully previously) and any of his mates I would also doubt.

Interesting background that @ds appears to have about the process being structured and arm’s length.  Does he know something we don’t and if so, how did he get it? Will arms length exclude  past Directors and their mates?

I would feel happier if I was sure RM was not circling around the trough.  He has shares I don’t think were issued under the best circumstances to put it mildly (as previously explained) and has been using them very aggressively indeed.
