MEETING: VGL: Director Nomination open and closing dates

ANNUAL MEETING AND DIRECTOR NOMINATION DATES
Vista Group International Limited advises that its annual meeting is to be
held in Auckland on 20 May 2015 at 9.30am. The venue and other details
relating to the meeting will be advised in the Notice of Meeting, which will
be distributed during April.
For the purposes of NZSX Listing Rule 3.3.5, Vista advises that the opening
date for nominations for directors to be voted on at this year's annual
meeting is today and the closing date is 13 April 2015. All nominations must
be received by 4.00pm on the closing date.

Nominations may only be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at
the annual meeting, and must be accompanied by the consent in writing of the
nominated person.
