Xero accelerates to 100,000 customers

Key announcements at 2012 Annual Meeting
o Xero now has 100,000 paying customers - up from 45,000 at last year's
Annual Meeting. Xero's first 50,000 customers took 5 years to achieve, the
second 50,000 was achieved in 10 months.
o Associated with the above customers, the annualised committed monthly
revenue has leapt to $34.5 million, up from $25.5 million at 31 March 2012,
and 57% of Xero's committed monthly revenue is from offshore markets, up from
51% at 31 March 2012.
o Xero will consider dual listing on the ASX to make it easier for Australian
partners and customers to purchase shares.
