MEETING: XRO: Year end 31 March 2012 financial results - release date

Xero Limited (Xero) wishes to advise the market that its full year financial
results for the year end 31 March 2012 will be released after market close on
Thursday 24 May 2012.

The Xero annual meeting will be held on Thursday 26 July at 4pm at Mac's
Function Centre, 4 Taranaki Street, Wellington.
