Feels like this stock has been forgotten by the market....

Feels like this stock has been forgotten by the market. Obviously their properties are not worth what they paid for them in the current climate but surely it is more than current market cap. I've been concerned about the lack of news. Cambodia was open to tourists in December but no announcement or update. Good to be free of mega bank debt but time to keep the market informed and maybe we'll see a re-rate that reflects property values going forward (at least) and some sort of projection about what the next 12m looks like for customers and revenue.
