4E and prelim annual due in the coming days (deadline is two months after balance date).

Usually a bit of a nothing report historically given it would re-hash most of the points they already made throughout the year.

This year, however, will be looking at it a bit more closely. It could also be used a bit more strategically to continue the momentum given the timing.

In no particular order, a few notable items to read:

• Additional information on review of operations (most likely will be an amalgamation of the four quarterly activity updates to be honest)
• Any additional events post reporting period
• Top 20 list - thought may have changed in the last two months given the latest news. Since there are no significant holders I believe (5%+ holding of equity - this is the only time we see non-director movements in shareholdings)
• Options on issue (will give an idea on fully diluted claims on equity)
• KMP employment contracts (incl. incentives, future option entitlements and vesting)
• Share-based payments made during the year in lieu of cash
• Commitments & contingencies in the notes of the financial statements -  imec arrangement, sales bonus pool commitment etc

Also re-watched the old interview with ex. Chair Wilbert on the weekend (uploaded by Stocks Down Under). Extremely insightful and explains the importance of the megabit array results and endgame etc.
