BIG reason that SP has not taken off is that the announcement did not include specifics about retention, market is not happy with statements about ‘persistent ‘ the market wants specifics! Like other metrics !i know we have a NDA but to market ourselves in the broader tech community if we have disclosed other metrics why not the retention metric ,certainly would boost SP and make ,attractive to a buyer
