im going to respectfully disagree. DM clearly said that a PL5 was up for debate.
I can think of a number of logical reasons theyd head back to IMEC for a meeting.
But, ive been wrong before , and thats not to say I wouldnt be surprised if there was a PL5 either.
I just dont think thats the scenario we are in.
