    WBT 1Mbit chip was at 40nm champ.

    WBT 1Mbit @ 40nm
    4DS 1Mbit @ 60nm

    WBT chose to commercialize (something 4DS will never do) at 130nm for various reasons.

    WBT have also already proven their IP @22nm and will soon be at 14nm with massive retention advantages over 4DS with similar performance statistics.
