Exactly. Theres risk. Much less risk than last year. But never the less until we have a MC in the billions or we sell for billions, we are very much still a risky proposition and a development company. This is a necessary step in the journey of course.
PL5, if it happens, may be under a completely different context and arrangement to previous PLs. This means support resources wise, faster time frame etc.
