The way I see it ... WD have a very good knowledge of the baby 4DS has produced. The longer they wait on further testing ... the more others will also know what 4DS has produced and the higher the bidding war will go. If Imec confirms to WB that 4DS' ReRam is the real deal ... then I would expect an offer sooner rather than later ... probably in the vicinity of 50c. WD can then carry out the further tweaks and scaling down they require. We'll know a lot more in early October!
