imec can't talk to WD directly about 4DS... they can't talk to anyone directly, 4DS contracted imec so there'd be very strict non disclosures in that contract.
WD get their info from 4DS - yes WD would have good knowledge but it's not from imec, it's from their Joint Development Agreement
