My guess is any further development work will be with one of imec’s core program partners who will focus on scaling the technology and take it to the next level. The development partner through imec would effectively be the acquirer.
This brings to question the JDA with Western Digital. That 30 day notice period may be initiated in October.
October is a very big month for 4DS Memory shareholders.
