Totally agree. If this was in the hands of good PR machine, this would have blown the roof off by this time. It is almost shocking how even most valuable assets gets so discounted when don't get marketed well.
Share market never pays true value of the company when shares are when ever in somewhat stable state. It is always discounted. Add to that when some big interests are in background lurking to get it cheap, it gets even worse.
Unless a bid is made by a company, market won't show offers anywhere close. Even when a bid is made, it may spike past, but settles few % lower, considering still some costs and waiting for the actual settlement to occur. Then there is always a risk of withdrawal of the offer and any drama till fat lady sings etc.
