If 4DS was a junior miner - it would have proved up a massive Copper Porphyry, had the plans for the mine development worked out and basically be at the point it now it cannot go to the market to fund the next step - It needs someone like Rio Tinto, MMG or Glencore to come in, provide the cash required and bring the copper to market.

That's where 4DS is now - every major step now has a multiple of $B attached to it. You don't go cap in hand to your shareholders on a 250 mil market cap for multiples more of that money.
