With respect mjshacki things have changed and I suggest changed substantially since the meeting with imec was announced.

If the criteria for owning shares in 4DS was "knowing what the company is about" I suggest there would be very few shareholders. As comments on HC reveal, few shareholders have a fraction of the knowledge you and a few others have of the science and engineering involved.

While the company does not need to "pitch" to shareholders it does have a duty try to inform shareholders; (without reveal IP).

Hopefully with the appointment of Mr Peter Himes as a strategic advisor to the BofDs, shareholders and potential buyers might see some effort by the Board to better inform the market of the path ahead for the next six months.
