    this idea that US or EU deep pockets would be all over us once the news is out has been postulated for years but never seems to eventuate,
    if ever they were gonna jump in it should be now, Citibank is our largest shareholder, I assume its an investment fund for bank clients.
    I think we're just flying under the radar of big foreign investors, and the local market is just a traders casino.
