Both companies have different commercialisation streams one is Licensing and the other is acquisition.
4DS at this point would be (selling the company) commercialising its 60nm Fab qualified technology at imec while WBT has commercialised its 130nm technology at Skywater.
We can talk about Non-Platform lots and demo chips and so on but the below is more relevant to the industry.
