WBT are developing a standalone memory module with the Leti selector to be used as SSD NVRAM i.e., a direct competitor to 4DS.
With that cell it is assumed that the WBT Standalone array will assume most / all of the characteristics of the embedded module.
Due to WBT's cell and it fact that it can be used in applications up to 175DegC and is Rad hardened, 3D stackable etc it is assumed it has a wider application base than just Data Centre SSD's.
