    If you do some research on TO offers for publicly listed companies, you'll find that offers are usually in the range of 30-100% premium to the SP at the time. They have a pretty good idea of how little they need to offer to get the TO voted for. Sometimes some accumulation may preceed the offer. But...

    4DS will need to get to MC of ~$3B before anyone offers ~$5-6B.
