For this tech to be proven at 2billion cycles at DRAM read and write speed in a megabit array is jaw dropping. I believe Weebit can only manage up to 800k of cycles before data is corrupted?
If endurance can be proven to be limitless and the the semiconductor scaled to 28nm then Holy crap hang on to your .
