Regarding retention, the ann described it as “persistent”. This term couldn’t be used to describe seconds, so I’d suggest minutes at worst.
This would be supported by the “significantly better than expected” results overall, i.e. it’s as fast as DRAM and the combined metrics of endurance and retention provide effectively infinite endurance while using orders of magnitude less power.
The strategic meeting has been called because there are bigger plays to be made than just augmenting DRAM.
