Hard to tell what they were doing at imec. It was Platform 2 when we heard for the first time 4DS demonstrated scalability of their memory cells to the smallest geometries on imec’s megabit platform. It seems to be that scalability was being proven each time they manufactured a Non-Platform Lot.
