Perhaps you'll think; well yeah, no sh*t! But I was curious from the last line of the announcement. The strategic planning will be done with IMEC (for the purpose of 'joint discussions').
What I'm still wondering is whether IMEC's continued consultation is an indication of a required PL5 (would they call this a strategic plan?), or perhaps IMEC's involvement is required in the sales pitch. They obviously want the thing to sell too.
Of course they can't disclose the information, but you can't fault a guy for trying to get more info...
