is it a one size fits all approach though?

like, im going to assume most of those companies have earnings, or are valued in the traditional way based on their EBITA which is reflected in their share price.

4DS is so far away from those traditional companies, whos target market is finite and known.

market disrupting tech, with possibilities in the future we probably cant even foresee yet, in an ever growing sector, with the rapid emergence of improved AI learning in the last 6-12 months.

I cant see how stakeholders who understand the value would vote to accept a lowball offer.

and thats also ignoring the fact that their could be multiple interested buyers, resulting in a bidding war which would in turn basically ignore the current SP.

even one tiny small dot point on the list of uses. How much do you think competitors would be willing to bid against each other just to have their line of smart phones have 20% more battery capacity? (for arguments sake) like, that alone is HUGE.
