By 11:00 am today, there had been 32k views of the Megachip announcement on HC - there are approx 37k holders, so I would guess a majority of holders are aware of the licence. If any of them decide to sell, well that's their lookout.
I guess some who missed the announcement and had stop losses circa 60c may have got stung - sad.
