J, we'll never know. Someone posted that it has to be announced. That's b/s . With good explanation, the ASX gives waivers on this front. The tech space is notorious for it. BRN has to negotiate on a deal by deal basis, and attempt to maximize its profit. U can't do that by announcing to the world the terms of ur last deal. Those details not only have the potential to create a ceiling price, but also to create angst if 1 co has paid more than another for the ip. Keep it secret, keep em guessing, and get the best price u can.
