Love MegaChips announcement language about the deal and they call it Strategic Partnership. I also like how they are so excited about our Akida new innovative technology and using it in their future products. They want to be first to Japan market by buying the Akida IP.
Most importantly is the last line IMO " Creation of new markets through joint marketing" means BRN will market for MegaChips and vise versa through their existing customers to create new markets for both. I think it is a BIG WIN for BRN here more than MegaChips.
