Here's some quick thoughts on the ann:

This need more detail, have msm become the performers talent rep taking a cut of their future earnings?

Still testing....they really need to just update the app with gamification and then monetisation features. User base now established, time to convert their audience to paying users to see the potential in scaling it up.
Currently what's driving engagement is the "vote and support" your favorite performer message, that's why they implemented the gifting monetisation stream only. Doubt they will sell vote, unless they re-implement the vote collector. User would pay to collect more votes or at least become DAU to collect votes every Xhrs per day.
The app at this current form has no other incentive to buy in-app coins. That's why they need to update the app with gamification features ASAP, get users engaged with those features, THEN msm will have the in-app monetisation stream they've been presenting to investors all year...


"Megastar now has data and IP to engage with large media partners to scale Megastar"

Good, they need to get some well known Brands to sponsor all the monthly comps. Get them to provide the prizes and marketing of "their own" competition..
Also sign some contracts with advertisers to implement in-app ads...


"continuously run Megastar Spotlight competitions leading up to WWT2, which is now anticipated to be run in the second half of 2018"

So at least 6mths away before major dilution, or maybe small ones along the way. Unless all the above gets executed well and India deal gets rolling...
