This fool dies not understand that a compulsory AGM announcement is mutually exclusive to a capital raising. Sure, they might need to - but the fact that they made this announcement today was simply because it was compulsory for them to do so. I'd hope someone with over 8000 posts has been around long enough to realise that - so the only conclusion I can come to is that they're trying to scare punters.
