..they're trying to hold KBC to the deal which to me shows stress as they will need that money...and frankly a lack of confidence to find by inference as desirable options...
..the other logical conclusion is the KBC deal couldn't have been that onerous if MELs trying to hold them too it....when KBC want to walk expecting to make more money elsewhere...
