Even if they did place at 0.04, what is the benefit to a retail holder of holding off participating? You'd assume the placement participant would want to flip at a profit, so the likelihood of getting a meaningful chunk below 0.05 is fairly low...and then you've got transaction costs.

benefit is clear as we arnt expecting much near term news I expect the SP to drift lower in any instance.

No need to deploy funds in a SPP when the company arnt willing to show all their cards re production I expect we could get a negative production surprise when the JV bother to update shareholders ….
